Peapack-Gladstone Financial and Peapack-Gladstone Bank appointed Roger Grossman senior managing director and commercial private banker at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Grossman will be responsible for growing a portfolio of commercial clients and servicing businesses in the Tri-State area. With a focus on middle-market companies, he will reinforce and expand Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s footprint in the commercial arena while ensuring achievement of clients’ long-term financial goals.

Grossman has 32 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to Peapack-Gladstone Bank, he most recently served at KeyBank as senior vice president of commercial banking, where he actively managed client portfolios and the generation of new client relationships. Before that, as senior relationship manager of corporate banking at HSBC Bank, Grossman actively grew commercial loan portfolios and the generation of new revenue. Grossman’s prior experience in the financial services industry also includes his roles as vice president and senior relationship manager, vice preside4nt and relationship manager, senior associate for financial advisory services and banking officer for real estate banking.
