This county-wide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

“While we are honored to receive this highly-respected award for the second year in a row, we are even more grateful for the sincere feedback from our employees. It is truly rewarding to know our employees feel valued for the work they do on behalf of our clients and empowered to do their best,” said Don Hansen, CEO of Regents Capital. “Thanks to our exceptional team, Regents is a dynamic place to work, and it is our priority to foster an environment where employees are recognized and rewarded for their efforts.”
