Rinaldi Advisory Services and Tom Ware Advisory Services formed an alliance to provide expertise in a range of functional areas within commercial equipment finance.

Rinaldi Advisory Services, led by Bob Rinaldi, was founded in 2018 to provide advisory services to CEOs and founders of firms in the equipment finance industry.

Tom Ware Advisory Services was founded in 2019 to provide credit scoring, analytics, risk management, portfolio management and target marketing services. Ware was senior vice president of analytics and product development at PayNet for 18 years. In the 18 years prior, he held a variety of credit and general management positions in equipment finance and banking, including general manager of a division of J.I.Case/CNH Capital, and chief credit officer and SVP of operations of American Express Equipment Finance. Ware is a trustee, member of the executive committee and chairman of the research committee of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, as well as a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s credit and collections committee.
