Societe Generale Equipment Finance Names Ducholet CEO



Societe Generale Equipment Finance said it named Marie-Christine Ducholet chief executive officer effective October 1, 2011.

She succeeds Jean-Marc Mignerey, who remains a member of the board of directors of SGEF SA and of several subsidiaries of SGEF’s international network. Jean-Marc was head of SGEF since its creation in 2001.

Ducholet joined Societe Generale in 1985. From 1990 to 2001, she held different commercial functions within Structured Finance of Corporate and Investment Banking, in real-estate and commodities. She joined the Strategic & Acquisition Finance department in 2001 to take charge of a portfolio of French and Spanish clients, then she was given responsibility for all European activities. In 2008, she was appointed co-Head of Strategic & Acquisition Finance worldwide.

She is a member of the Societe Generale Specialised Financial Services and Insurance Management Committee.
