According to an AV Web report, the Teal Group’s Richard Aboulafia recently told the National Air Transportation Association that based on a recently released aircraft shipment report, which showed a drop in business aircraft production, next year is not likely to be much better.

AV Web noted, according to Aboulafia, the latest data also shows sharply reduced utitlization on a per aircraft basis. “There seems to be some sort of shift underway in how business aircraft are appreciated and use,” Aboulafia is quoted as saying.
