Utica Leaseco and Utica Equipment Finance completed two transactions totaling more than $8 million during the week of September 16, 2019.

The first deal was for $7.6 million capital lease secured by machinery and equipment for a technology company located in San Jose, CA. Utica provided funds to pay off OEM’s, along with needed working capital. This financing is the completion of a total $13.2 million lease facility.

Utica also funded a $400,000 capital lease secured by machinery and equipment for a chemical processing company located in Southern California. The lease will be used for working capital to help company to expand and grow operations.
