The Rental Equipment Register reports Volvo Rents has acquired Valley Rental Centers, a two-location Volvo Rents franchise based in Merced and Modesto, CA, as part of its ongoing expansion of company-owned facilities.

The previous owners, Helder Garcia and Brian Silveria, will remain with Volvo Rents, continuing to manage the branches and help with the company’s California expansion, the article noted.

Volvo Rents recently acquired Contractors Equipment Rental (Orlando, FL), Sampson Equipment (Utah) and Tuff Equipment Rentals (Slidell, LA).
