Steve A. Grosso is the President, CEO & Vice-Chairman of Auxilior Capital Partners. He is responsible for the strategic direction and financial operating performance of the company with all functional areas reporting directly to him. He is an experienced and long-tenured commercial finance executive, having founded and led several industry-leading equipment finance and leasing companies.

Mr. Gross is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of The MAGIC Charities Foundation which is a children’s advocacy non-profit. He also serves on the editorial committee of The Monitor which is the leading publication of the commercial equipment finance industry.

Mr. Grosso earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut School of Business in Finance and Accounting. He attended Columbia University School of executive management and Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Business receiving a certificate in Digital Transformation Strategy and Organization Design.
