Joseph Cafarchio retired as chief credit officer of Meridian Bank, the parent company of Meridian Equipment Finance. Cafarchio has served in the position since the bank’s inception in 2004. Cafarchio will be succeeded in his role as chief credit officer by Andy Fox. read more
