Mary Healy’s life motto both PROFESSIONALLY and personally can be summarized in three words: always be networking. She puts thought into building her network to make new connections, understand industry trends and continue to challenge herself. She says there is immense value in learning from others as well as practice-sharing and continuous development.

Healy has been at DLL for four years and in that time, she has taken on different roles within the human resources organization of the firm. By challenging herself with a diversity of roles, she has gained valuable experience and become more well-rounded. She aims to carry on leveraging continuous learning to provide the best strategies to support the goals of her team and the greater DLL organization.

“Through my experience building relationships in the equipment finance industry, I’ve recognized that we have so many excellent and seasoned leaders, but there needs to be a broader focus in developing new talent and diversifying talent we attract to our industry,” Healy says. “This will create more opportunities for our companies to be more successful overall.”
