AerCap Leased, Purchased and Sold 105 Aircraft in Q1/17



AerCap signed lease agreements for 69 aircraft, including 12 widebody and 57 narrowbody aircraft in Q1/17. The aircraft leasing company also purchased 11 aircraft, including seven Airbus A320neos, two Airbus A350-900s and two Boeing 787-9s during the quarter.

In addition, AerCap executed sale transactions for 25 aircraft, including two Airbus A319-100s, seven Airbus A320-200s, one Airbus A321-100, four Airbus A330-200s, one Airbus A330-300, two Boeing 737 Classics and four Boeing 737NGs from AerCap’s owned portfolio, and one Airbus A320-200, two Boeing 737 Classics and one Boeing 777-300 from AerCap’s managed portfolio. It also signed financing transactions for $7.2 billion.
