The panel, “Capital Markets: A Year in Review – Looking Forward to the Year Ahead,” will cover risks and opportunities in 2018, recent trends in finance company performance as well as possible disruptions, threats or economic downturns that could affect demand.

Jackson, who leads Alta’s Merger and Acquisition Advisory Practice, will discuss recent notable transactions, the impact of current regulatory changes, current market dynamics and both sell-side and buy-side opportunities that are unfolding in what is considered a strong economic environment for M&As.

“There are fewer independents available, yet interest is high among banks and private equity firms seeking growth opportunities,” Jackson said.
