Balboa Capital announced the formation of Balboa East and the hiring of Kortney Murray, Christopher Murray, Allison Bromfield, Kristin Thayer, Will McGrew, Ian Trowell, Adam Marcello, Nicholas Kalman, Don Sutherland and William Cusick.
