BankProv, a commercial bank that offers technology-driven banking solutions to its clients, hired Lisa Gainty as vice president of business development for retail banking.  Gainty joined BankProv after nearly three decades serving in leadership roles at financial institutions such as TD Bank and Citizens Bank. Gainty will be responsible for a coverage area from Portsmouth, NH, to Newburyport, MA.
