Bloomberg: Renewable Energy to Surpass Natural Gas by 2045



Bloomberg reported that the shift to clean energy is accelerating in the U.S. as coal declines.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration’s Annual Energy Outlook reported that renewable power is growing at the quickest rate and will be responsible for generating 38% of electricity by 2050, according to Bloomberg.

Renewables, such as solar and wind, are anticipated to overtake natural gas by 2045, according to the report.
