BOK Adds Alexander, Bridgewater, Martin and Salazar to Diversity & Inclusion Council



BOK Financial added TC Alexander, Grant Bridgewater, Derek Martin and Marisol Salazar to its Diversity & Inclusion Council. The members will support the company by valuing and leveraging the power of diversity and inclusion.

TC Alexander is a senior vice president and manager of brand business banking sales. Grant Bridgewater is a senior vice president and senior director of IT infrastructure and operations. Derek Martin is an executive vice president and consumer banking services executive. Marisol Salazar is a senior vice president of energy banking.

The council’s purpose is to ensure BOK Financial fosters and supports an environment that reflects the entirety of the company’s values. Council members serve three-year terms, and membership comprises leadership and influencers from throughout the company’s operation.

BOK Financial is a signatory of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion. The company was also recently named a 2020 Top Inclusive Workplace by Mosaic and the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce.
