Bombardier to Receive $283.2MM from Canadian Government



According to BBC News, Bombardier will receive a loan package of C$372.5 million ($283.2 million) for two jet projects from the Canadian federal government.

BBC News said Bombardier will use the funds for its CSeries project and a line of business jets.

BBC News noted Bombardier has been in need of some financial aid after cutting 7,000 jobs worldwide last year.
