Channel Appoints Ceribelli President, Accelerating Strategic Leadership

Channel appointed Rob Ceribelli to the role of president. Ceribelli will spearhead daily operations, streamline processes, optimize resources and implement strategies to boost overall efficiency and profitability. He will steer the control framework, oversee operational rhythm and ensure the company meets its objectives.

Ceribelli has 34 years of financial services leadership experience with a diverse background across finance, sales, marketing, operations and general management. His career trajectory began with 14 years at GE Capital, followed by 20 years with DLL, including six years guiding its UK and Ireland business division. Most recently, Ceribelli served as chief operating officer of DLL’s U.S. businesses operating out of the Philadelphia office, with responsibility for all customer-facing support teams.

“I had the fortune to meet Rob several years ago while serving on the ELFA small-ticket advisory board,” Brad Peterson, CEO of Channel, said. “I’ve observed first-hand his exceptional approach of active listening, insightful contributions and prioritizing industry improvement over personal gain. These qualities, coupled with his deep expertise and proficiency in various sectors of finance and operations, helps forward our data utilization, business operations and product offerings, further enhancing our commitment to serving our partners more effectively. His innovative mindset and dedication to tangible outcomes align seamlessly with our growth objectives and embody the values we champion at here at Channel.”

The addition of Ceribelli affords Peterson greater capacity to focus on steering the company’s strategic vision and strategy. In his role as president, Ceribelli is joining Channel’s broader senior leadership team, which includes:

  • Eli Sethre, CFO
  • Adam Peterson, managing director – east
  • Cindy Fleck, managing director – west
  • Kristi Schon, chief marketing officer
  • Brian Tri, chief credit officer
  • Mark Blais, chief information officer
  • Adrian Hebig, chief corporate development officer

“It’s a profound honor to join Channel, an organization with remarkable achievements, particularly in these last six years,” Ceribelli said. “Brad’s invitation to collaborate closely with him on the next growth phase and strategic initiatives is both exciting and affirming. My aim is to add to this already strong leadership team and lend my expertise to help propel Channel even further forward to achieve our goals for unprecedented success.”

Channel has funded more than $2 billion in the last six years and expanded to three business units across five offices and more than 200 team members.
