Channel appointed Rob Ceribelli to the role of president. Ceribelli will spearhead daily operations, streamline processes, optimize resources and implement strategies to boost overall efficiency and profitability. He will steer the control framework, oversee operational rhythm and ensure the company meets its objectives.
Ceribelli has 34 years of financial services leadership experience with a diverse background across finance, sales, marketing, operations and general management. His career trajectory began with 14 years at GE Capital, followed by 20 years with DLL, including six years guiding its UK and Ireland business division. Most recently, Ceribelli served as chief operating officer of DLL’s U.S. businesses operating out of the Philadelphia office, with responsibility for all customer-facing support teams.

The addition of Ceribelli affords Peterson greater capacity to focus on steering the company’s strategic vision and strategy. In his role as president, Ceribelli is joining Channel’s broader senior leadership team, which includes:
