According to a report from China Daily, China Eastern Airlines is expected to become the first carrier to take delivery of China’s first C919 passenger jet.
China Daily said that China Eastern pre-ordered 20 C919s from Commercial Aircraft Corp of China in 2010.
China Daily noted that within a year of the C919’s first flight, negotiations for the ordering of the first five planes will commence.
