Crestmark Adds Four to Equipment Finance Division



Crestmark made four new appointments in its equipment finance division: Jeremy Borkowski, managing director, corporate finance; Douglas Lee, director of pricing; Melissa Perkins, counsel; and Randall Pundzus, regional vice president.

Their insight will help us to better serve our clients, and position us for continued growth.”

Borkowski will represent the sales team in the east. He will be based in Exton, PA and report to Arick Levine, Eastern Division sales manager. Before joining Crestmark, Borkowski served as senior director, structured finance for PNC Equipment Finance, where he was responsible for executing market coverage for large ticket equipment financing and major accounts coverage of select vendor programs. Previously, he worked for GE Capital, where he served in numerous roles, including senior vice president, energy financial services; vice president, national sales manager for intermediary funding group; account executive for intermediary funding group; and senior risk analyst for commercial equipment financing. Borkowski also served as a credit analyst for Barnett Bank and Continental Bank.

Lee will be based in Baltimore and report to Jim Noyes, managing director, asset management. Lee comes to Crestmark from Presidential Bank, where he was vice president, equipment finance, and was responsible for growing the equipment financing portfolio by acquiring transactions in the syndication market. Preceding roles include syndication manager for Element Fleet Management, business development manager for Cisco Systems and deal manager for GE Commercial Finance.

Perkins will be based at Crestmark’s corporate offices in Troy, MI and report to Jim Recker, division chief operating officer and general counsel. Before joining Crestmark, Perkins served as an attorney for Hainer & Berman, where her primary areas of practice included commercial transactions, real estate transactions, creditor’s rights, estate planning and litigation. Prior experience also includes nearly 16 years of service at Shaheen, Jacobs & Ross, where she was an attorney, as well as a law clerk early in her career. Perkins also served as a staff attorney for First Place Bank.

Pundzus will represent the sales team in the west. He will be based in Maple Grove, MN, and report to Chris Emge, Western Division sales manager. Pundzus comes to Crestmark from Banc of America Leasing & Capital, where he served as senior vice president and was responsible for growing client retention and fee volume with a focus on core collaterals such as construction, manufacturing and transportation. Earlier, he held several positions for GE Capital’s commercial equipment financing division, where he served 16 years as vice president, senior account manager; and previously, vice president, marketing support specialist; and portfolio collections specialist.
