• $1.3 million new lease transaction with a publishing company in the Eastern U.S. for technology equipment
• $2.3 million new lease transaction with a Fortune 500 electronics company in the Midwestern U.S. for technology equipment
• $1.8 million new lease transaction with an apparel company in the Northeastern U.S. for furniture, fixtures and equipment
