According to Australian Transport News, Australian firm Custom Fleet is transforming into a focused commercial vehicle services provider as part of Element Financial’s expansion of its overseas operations.
ATN noted that Element acquired Custom Fleet in June as part of its purchase of GE Capital assets.
Element executive vice president James Halliday told ATN that Element is aiming to use its expertise help Custom Fleet adopt Element’s whole-of-truck-ownership model.

I believe that Element will make further fleet leasing company acquisitions in the near future as it seeks to consolidate the industry and this will give Element greater pricing power over this industry.
