Decisiv and Enrich Software announced a bi-directional API integration. The bi-directional integration will leverage Decisiv’s latest publish/subscribe API technology to exchange data between Decisiv and Enrich to support preventive maintenance and breakdown events as well as sublets.

The integration further enhances the communications and flow of information for cases managed by Road Rescue, the 24/7/365 fleet breakdown service from AmeriQuest Transportation Services, which had previously deployed the Decisiv software.
