ELFA Members to Advocate for Common Sense in Small Business Lending at Capitol Connections

Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) members will spend a day at Capitol Connections, which is designed to educate members of Congress about the equipment leasing and finance industry’s role as a major source of capital and investment in the U.S., talking about the value equipment finance delivers to U.S. businesses of all sizes and how the industry contributes to U.S. economic growth, manufacturing and jobs. While advocating for the industry on tax and financial services matters, ELFA members will push for bringing common sense to the small business lending market.

This year, Capitol Connections takes place on Wednesday, May 22 at the Royal Sonesta Washington DC Capitol Hill, 20 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20001. More than 135 ELFA members will meet with approximately 160 Senate and House offices.

In addition to positively influencing federal policymakers who set the legislative and regulatory framework for the industry, attendees will hear from keynote speakers on a range of hot topics.
