Equipment Finance Cares Adds Bilbrey and Yanuzzi to Board of Directors

Equipment Finance Cares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the equipment finance industry, appointed Jeff Bilbrey, CEO of Leasepath, and Donna Yanuzzi, executive vice president of 1st Equipment Finance, members of its board of directors.

“Donna and Jeff are great additions to the EF Cares board,” Jesse Johnson, president of Consult Disrupt and founder of Equipment Finance Cares, said. “Their leadership experience and philanthropic insights will continue to pave the way for EF Cares for years to come.”

“I was attracted to EF Cares from the moment it was launched because it had the purpose of bringing people together for the human side of work, not just in our industry, but in the communities where we live, work, and provide service,” Bilbrey said. “My company became a sponsor right from the start because I believe the best happens when communities work locally to make an impact. Being invited to join EF Cares is an honor and calling I take seriously, and I’ll give my best to help it thrive so that communities can serve their people with charitable work every day.”

“I love how Equipment Finance Cares was born out of pure genuine compassion and kindness,” Yanuzzi said. “This aligns with my core values to empower positive change in our industry and communities where caring is not just a concept but a tangible force that transforms lives for the better and turns empathy into action. I am honored to have been asked to be part of this amazingly caring team of board members to help make a difference.”
