Equipment Finance Cares Announces Details About November Arizona Event



Equipment Finance Cares will hold its next event on Nov. 15 from 1:30 to 7 p.m. PT in Scottsdale, AZ. Ascentium Capital is serving as host for the event.

“Equipment Finance Cares is excited to bring our platform to Phoenix,” Jesse Johnson, president of Consult Disrupt and founder of Equipment Finance Cares, said. “We are grateful to Ascentium Capital for hosting and also to our sponsors for making these events possible.”

The event will include two panels, with one focusing on the human side of leasing and the other focusing on best practices.

Blair Dawson of Sterling Rose Marketing Solutions will moderate the human side of leasing panel, with Chelsea Haines of Regents Capital, Craig Colling of Ascentium Capital, Andrew Pace of Asset Compliance Solutions and Sean McKenna of Great American Insurance Company serving as panelists. Topics of discussion will include the mental health of employees; diversity, equity and inclusion efforts; engaging with youth in the workforce; and work-life balance.

Jaimie Haver of Happy Manufacturing will moderate the best practices panel, with Brad Kissler of Mazo Capital, Marci Slagle of BankFinancial, Mark Farlin of LEAF Commercial Capital and Tony Sedlacek of Orion First Financial serving as panelists. The panel will focus on sharing industry best practices. Topics of discussion will include the current state of equipment finance, women in leasing, collections/servicing and technology.

The event will also showcase several charitable organizations, including the Love Life Now Foundation, the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, the Tam Ky Project, Operation Open Water and Live and Learn AZ. The day will conclude with a networking event.
