Former Huntington Beach Mayor and 20-year equipment finance industry veteran Don Hansen has joined with fellow industry veteran Dennis Odiorne to form Regents Capital Corporation. Hansen will serve as chief executive officer and Odiorne as Regent’s president.

“The time is right for a new independent middle market equipment finance platform,” said Hansen. “The bank consolidation of former independent firms combined with the increasing demand from the marketplace made the case for the launch of Regents Capital Corporation.”
