STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry, launched its fifth cohort on Nov. 8.
Participants in STRIPES’ fifth cohort began their 10-month leadership development journey in person in Philadelphia with a Transformational Leadership Launch. The Leadership Launch instills transformational ways of thinking, doing and being, and culminates by creating a capstone project within each participant’s accountability at their respective organizations.
Participants in STRIPES’ fifth cohort will soon be diving into Master Talks and Workshops on various leadership topics delivered by recognized industry leaders and best-in-class leadership experts while deepening their transformational work and accounting for their capstone projects during monthly group coaching sessions.
