First American Equipment Finance opened its new headquarters at 211 High Point Drive in Victor, NY, on Nov. 1. Since 1999, First American’s headquarters were located in Fairport, NY.

The company’s new headquarters are located in a four-story building with a large glass entryway. First American will occupy a majority of the top three floors, or approximately 85,000 square feet of the 150,000 square foot space. The office will be home to more than 90% of the company’s 285 colleagues.

A First American colleague-led team, known as the HQ2 team, made the decisions for the new office. This cross-functional group spent almost two years soliciting colleague feedback, testing technology and working with vendors to design the office space.

“The opening of our new headquarters is a culmination of 25 years of sustained growth, passionate colleagues and loyal clients,” Alan Sikora, CEO of First American Equipment Finance, said. “211 High Point is now a destination in Rochester, and I’m confident it will support us in attracting top talent to western New York as we continue to grow in the years to come.”

The building is owned and operated by Rainaldi Brothers. First American also collaborated with Hanlon Architects, Genesee Construction Services, the Ontario County Industrial Development Agency and local businesses on the new headquarters.
