First Bank & Trust Company appointed Rodney Dellis vice president of Agricultural and Commercial Lending.

In his new role, Dellis will build agricultural and commercial lending and deposit relationships in communities throughout Bedford, Franklin, Pittsylvania and Halifax Counties in Virginia.

Dellis has 28 years of banking experience and was previously employed by Farm Credit of the Virginias.
