First Foundation Bank’s equipment finance department appointed Roman Yankovskiy, Corey McKeon and Allison Pantoja to its operations and credit departments.

Yankovskiy joined as a credit analyst I in its credit department. In his new role, Yankovskiy will review, analyze and adjudicate credit submission requests from our funding partners. He previously held roles such as senior credit analyst at Balboa Capital and senior credit analyst at Quick Bridge Funding. Yankovskiy will work out of First Foundation’s headquarters in Irvine, CA.

McKeon joined the team as operations officer. In his new role, McKeon will be the team lead for its operations team in additional to assisting with documentation, funding and portfolio management. McKeon has worked in the equipment finance industry since 2013, holding senior funding and business development positions for various third-party originators in Orange County. McKeon will work out of First Foundation’s headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Pantoja joined the team as a loan lease servicing specialist I. In her new role, Pantoja  will support the operations team with documentation, DMV follow-up and portfolio support. Previously she held positions including sales admin./coordinator at Quail Financial Solutions, many years within the mortgage industry supporting various departments and most recently an account manager. Pantoja  will work out of First Foundation’s headquarters in Irvine, CA.
