Former GE Capital SVP Joins Hitachi Capital as VP of Structured Finance

Chris Pagano joined Hitachi Capital America as vice president and general manager of its Structured Finance segment, responsible for leading the team’s growth efforts in the technology and energy finance markets.

Pagano brings over 17 years of experience with GE Capital, most recently as a senior vice president for GE Commercial Distribution Finance, where he provided financing solutions to clients in the technology industry. He previously held senior origination and relationship management roles covering clients and equity sponsors in the telecom, media and technology sectors for GE Corporate Financial Services and managing vendor finance programs with equipment manufacturers in diversified industries for GE Vendor Financial Services.

“We are excited to have Chris join HCA given his industry expertise and track record of sourcing, structuring and closing complex corporate finance transactions,” said Mark Duncan, senior vice president and general manager for Commercial Finance at Hitachi Capital America. “Structured Finance is a critical, growing part of our overall Commercial Finance offering, which includes Trade Finance, Medium & Small Ticket Finance, and Business Finance.”
