1st Source Bank’s Specialty Finance Group added Michael C. Francis as vice president and relationship sales officer for its aircraft division.

Francis is a business aviation professional with more than 12 years of experience in aircraft market analysis, aircraft sales, fleet management and aircraft financing. He was previously employed by CIT Business Aircraft Finance where he was responsible for loan origination and relationship management in the Eastern U.S.
