Gavrilov Named to ELFA Equity Committee & Legal Resources Subcommittee



Moritt Hock & Hamroff announced that Julia Gavrilov, a partner of the firm, was named a member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association‘s Equity Committee and a member of its legal resources subcommittee. Gavrilov will serve as a member of the ELFA’s Equity Forum subcommittee to plan the inaugural ELFA Equity Forum scheduled to be held on Nov. 6-7 in Washington, D.C.

The legal resources subcommittee, on behalf of the ELFA’s Legal Committee, provides updates of the association’s 50-state compendium and other ELFA resources on legal matters pertinent to the industry in various jurisdictions.

Gavrilov has 15 years of experience in equipment leasing and finance, secured lending and all areas of complex commercial litigation. Gavrilov is member of the ELFA where she serves on its service providers business council steering committee, membership committee, equity committee, legal resources subcommittee and on the research committee of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation. She is also member of Secured Finance Network’s (SFNet) women in secured finance committee as well as a member of the GGI-Worldwide Alliance of Independent Law Firms. SFNet recognized Gavrilov as one of its Top 40 Under 40 Rising Stars and as one of its Top Women in Commercial Finance in 2020.
