Gordon Brothers Group announced it has executed a definitive agreement with Rodan Transport (USA) and Hodges Trucking Company to acquire a large portion of Hodges’ fleet of heavy haul and mobile crane equipment. Oklahoma City, OK-based Hodges is one of the largest rig-moving companies in the energy industry.

The assets acquired by Gordon Brothers Group’s Commercial & Industrial Division are comprised of nearly 350 pieces of equipment across six locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Pennsylvania and Ohio. The assets include mobile cranes (all terrain, truck mounted and crawler), truck tractors, trailers, forklifts/loaders and service trucks.

Gordon Brothers Group’s Commercial & Industrial Division will commence negotiated sales of all equipment immediately.
