The NAELB said that GreatAmerica Leasing’s Chris Walker has lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.

“Chris was a well loved and respected member of the leasing community. He had served in various sales and business development positions within GreatAmerica since 1997. He was dedicated to his family, faith, friends and the leasing community and he fought his battle with cancer with dignity and courage,” the NAELB said.

At the recent NAELB Western Regional Meeting in Costa Mesa, CA, NAELB president, Bud Callahan, notified Walker that he was to receive the association’s most distinguished honor, the Bill Granieri “Top Gun” Award, for his service to the industry. Although he will not be able to accept the award in person, the board was able to share in his excitement upon receiving the well-deserved recognition.
