Horizon Bank appointed Steve Post capital and middle markets manager for its equipment finance division. Post’s focus will be on lower middle-market and small-ticket opportunities in Horizon’s portfolio as well as its transactional buy/sell and direct middle-market origination businesses.

Post has worked in commercial equipment and asset finance for more than 30 years. His originations and leadership roles have included senior vice president of capital markets, senior vice president of sales and vice president of business development, among others. Post is Greenbelt Six Sigma certified and he has acumen in credit/risk management, legal, bank operations and portfolio oversight.
