Horizon Technology Finance announced its advisor, Horizon Technology Finance Management, named Gregory F. Peter as managing director of business development.

Prior to joining Horizon, Peter was a managing director at Valuation Research Corporation, as well as an independent consultant providing expansion strategy expertise to early and growth stage companies. He previously served as senior vice president and head of Business Development with nSphere, a development stage technology platform company, and held investment, corporate development and associate positions with several Boston-area finance firms.
