Small business owners rank Huntington Bank highest in overall customer satisfaction in the Midwest region according to the 2016 J.D. Power U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study.
Huntington, which tops the list for the third time in the last five years, had the highest satisfaction nationally and received high marks for product offerings, facility, fees and account information.

The result follows recognition Huntington received earlier this year for ranking highest in retail banking satisfaction in the North Central region for its fourth straight year according to the J.D. Power 2016 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. It also follows Huntington’s recent designation as the nation’s second largest SBA lender and the dominant SBA 7(a) lender within its core footprint for the eighth consecutive year.
