Singapore Technologies Engineering announced that Singapore Technologies Aerospace has injected $10.5 million into ST Aerospace Resources for a flow through injection into Keystone Holdings to expand its aircraft leasing business.
This fund injection brings ST Aerospace Resources’ total share capital contribution for its 50% stake in Keystone Holdings to about $20.0 million.
The exercise is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible asset per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
ST Aerospace is the aerospace arm of ST Engineering which operates a global MRO network with facilities and affiliates in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, it is the world’s largest commercial airframe MRO provider with a global customer base that includes leading airlines, airfreight and military operators.
