Kroll Bond Rating Agency was named Aviation Rating Agency of the Year by Global Transport Finance for the second year in a row. The award was presented to KBRA as a result of the firm’s prominent work in the aviation market.

KBRA’s aviation team, consisting of both ABS and corporate analysts, has rated more than 61 aviation transactions, including aircraft ABS transactions, aircraft lessors, airlines and EETCs as well as numerous private placement transactions backed by either lessors or aircraft leases, since becoming active in the aviation space.

The team provides ratings, research and analysis that has distinguished KBRA within the aviation-finance marketplace, resulting in the 2016 Rating Agency of the Year award.

KBRA is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO). In addition, KBRA is recognized by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) as a Credit Rating Provider (CRP).
