LeasePoint Funding Group, a provider of equipment finance solutions for medical and business professionals, hired Jessi Roesch as its head of operations.

Roesch has more than 10 years of operations and leadership experience from a variety of industries, including banking, heavy industry, consumer services and technology. Roesch previously served as the global commercial credit operations leader at General Electric and part of the executive leadership team at Spruce. At LeasePoint, Roesch will oversee core operations, people operations, product management and sales support.
