Jackie Hernández joined Madison Capital as vice president of business development. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Hernández will be responsible for driving business development in Puerto Rico, focusing on vendor and direct channels.

Prior to joining Madison Capital, Hernández led the referral program and managed all business relationships, including pre-credit analysis, closing and servicing of commercial financing transactions, for Acrecent Financial and subsequently worked for the past several years in business development. Her background also includes the position of operations supervisor for Commercial Equipment Finance and client operations and asset management at GE Capital. She was based in San Juan, PR, for all of these roles.
