Midland Equipment Finance Promotes Pray to SVP of Operations

Midland Equipment Finance, a division of Midland States Bank, promoted Julie Pray to senior vice president of operations. In this role, Pray will lead the strategy and management of loan operations, transaction coordination, funding and the customer experience.
“Julie has been a key member of our leadership team since our formation in 2018,” Fred Van Etten, president of Midland Equipment Finance, said. “She has the keen ability to recognize opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology to better serve our customers and empower her team to achieve both collective and individual goals. I’m excited to see the impact she has on our continued growth in her expanded role.”
With more than 18 years of equipment finance industry experience, Pray served in leadership positions with several equipment finance organizations prior to joining Midland Equipment Finance. In 2019, Monitor recognized Pray as one of most powerful women in equipment leasing.
