Midland Equipment Finance, a division of Midland States Bank, promoted Julie Pray to senior vice president of operations. In this role, Pray will lead the strategy and management of loan operations, transaction coordination, funding and the customer experience.

With more than 18 years of equipment finance industry experience, Pray served in leadership positions with several equipment finance organizations prior to joining Midland Equipment Finance. In 2019, Monitor recognized Pray as one of most powerful women in equipment leasing.
