Monitor released additional details about Converge 2024, notably the launch of a new website dedicated solely to the two-day conference: convergebymonitor.com. The two-day conference will take place in Philadelphia from May 15–16 at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco, with a closing award ceremony at the National Constitution Center.
The two-day event will kick off with a keynote by Peter Hinssen, a world-renowned thought leader on radical innovation. Hinssen will introduce thought starters, including artificial intelligence, disruption and innovation in legacy organizations, the spectrum of skills necessary to build and nurture a truly innovative company and more.
Following Hinssen’s keynote, Bill Verhelle, founder and CEO of QuickFi, will moderate a panel discussion, which will explore themes that emerge from Hinssen’s keynote and will inspire crowdsourced topics to drive the remainder of the conference.

Day two of the event will feature a workshop, facilitated by Hinssen and Deborah Reuben, CLFP, founder and CEO of TomorrowZone, designed to dig deeper into the discussions that emerge from day one. Hinssen and Reuben will lead attendees through practical application and best practices of day one’s thought starters.
Throughout the daytime events on both May 15 and May 16, attendees will also enjoy “digital disruptions” from emerging technology companies, both within and outside of the equipment finance industry. These five-minute “tech talks” will introduce attendees to companies that actively serve the digital innovation realm.
