Monitor Live+ Poll Shows 95% of Attendees Want to Improve Syndication Process     



A poll taken during the event, Monitor Live+ Syndication: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow, showed 95% of attendees want to improve their company’s syndication process. Of attendees who took the poll, 45% currently syndicate via email, 23% use a technology platform and 19% use encrypted email.

Of the group that responded to the poll, 70% reported that they send sensitive information via email and 30% said they did not.

Measuring the equipment finance industry’s resistance to change, 39% believed the industry is neutral when it comes to making changes, 38% stated the industry is somewhat resistant to change, 12% asserted that the industry is slightly resistant to change, 11% believed the industry is very resistant to change and 1% stated that the industry is not resistant to change.

When asked to rate their company’s current syndication process in terms of efficiency and productivity on a scale from one to five with one being very efficient and five being very inefficient, 45% of respondents believed their current process was neither efficient nor inefficient, 31% believed their process was inefficient, 14% said their process was efficient, 8% said their process was very inefficient and 2% said their process was very efficient.
