First Business Equipment Finance, a subsidiary of First Business Bank, hired Mike Muscatello as vice president of sales for its vendor finance group.

Muscatello has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of equipment leasing and vendor financing. His expertise helps equipment suppliers develop programs to grow their sales while also assisting customers with obtaining equipment. During his career, Muscatello has held several positions at different financial institutions.
