Nexseer Capital promoted Shari Williams to chief risk officer. Williams oversees Nexseer’s credit and capital markets functions, funding facilities, portfolio and all aspects of risk management. Williams has been with the company for three years and was previously executive vice president of credit and risk management for Nexseer.

“Shari brings a wealth of experience and has been instrumental in enhancing our risk management functions. She has built our team, systems and process to accommodate our present and future growth plans and strategies,” W. Scott McCullum, president of Nexseer Capital, said.
