NFS Leasing Adds Johnson as Chief Restructuring Officer, Equipment Finance



Michael Johnson joined NFS Leasing as chief restructuring officer, equipment finance.

Johnson is a legal executive with a track record of structuring, managing and closing business acquisitions, asset-based financing and corporate debt financings. Prior to joining NFS Leasing, Johnson served as chief legal officer, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Beacon Rail Leasing. Earlier in his career, he was managing director at Amherst Advisors and vice president and senior counsel at BTMU Capital.

NFS Leasing is a privately held North American equipment finance provider.
