Asset finance consulting and services partnership Invigors EMEA, the European arm of The Alta Group, appointed Kieran O’Brien network member for Ireland.

Formerly operations director at Cisco Capital EMEAR, O’Brien is based out Dublin. After a year working with captive and vendor clients across Europe, O’Brien is moving the business into its next phase of development with the establishment of Invigors Ireland, for which he is the EMEA network member.

O’Brien’s appointment further strengthens Invigors’ vendor and captive finance team in Europe and ensures the firm is well-positioned to support clients in the leasing and asset finance market both in Ireland and across Europe.

Now is the time to position the business in Ireland for its next stage of growth,” O’Brien said. “The European captive and vendor markets are facing major challenges driven by technology and the revolution in financial services, in addition to the economic and political upheavals currently taking place.”

O’Brien has more than 25 years of experience in the sector. In 17 years at Cisco Capital, O’Brien project managed the establishment and development of its captive infrastructure in more than 20 countries in EMEAR and was a board member on 10 of Cisco’s captives.
